This is why BO is discussed in numbers instead of charting outside of comparing those few event films to each other. That being said Box Office: Wicked(TBD - definitely crossing 1b) ASIB - $437m The Eras Tour - $262m -wall- The Pink Panther - $164m The Wedding Planner - $94m The sooner you grasp this isn't a thread about movie grosses, the better Wicked is NOT crossing 1b, $600-650m is the most likely number rn. 1

Draper. Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago If monsters are already mad at this random stat wait until they find out Beyoncé did it again in 2022 with Renaissance, Break My Soul and Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé. 11 1
GraceRandolph Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago ASIB didn't go #1 at the BO? That ain't sitting right that's hate.

shyboi Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago Oh, so, apparently, now everything is made to provoque Gaga's fans, i guess? we can't start a conversation that doesn't even involve Gaga without taking into consideration her fans' feelings they own ATRL apparently, ok got it. 2

If you want to stand by the made up qualifications here because you're an obsessed hater trying to provoke strangers on the internet for entertainment/because you think it's some way to get back at Lady Gaga for the immense power she visibly holds over you or something, be my guest. This is a FORUM though and THREADS are an invitation for DISCUSSION so discussing the tweet is what I'm doing. Edited 4 hours ago by Sheep 2 1

There's no way Godcked, movie of the year, is only making $600m, while Moana 2 with those awful trailers (and being supposed to be a Disney+ show before) is about to do allegedly even up to $1.5b. If that's the case, I'll lose faith in humanity OT: Ariana ASIB deserved to be there too, great movie and great soundtrack
Pluto6 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) 32 minutes ago, Sheep said: #1 at the box office isn't a big deal for a reason. There's a handful of weeks every year where multiple event films release and it's easy to sneak low earning panned garbage at the top if you time it correctly, away from those. Those films released in January and February respectively. The Wedding Planner >>>>>>>>>>> A Star Is Boring Edited 4 hours ago by Pluto6 1
