She'll win AOTY but she won't be there to accept. Everybody is looking everywhere for her. Viewers at home stare blankly at the empty stage for 2 minutes. Then suddenly the lights dim. A large snake moves across the stage. We hear Taylor's voice:

"Taylor can't come to the Grammys right now. Why? Cause she's dead"

 

Reputation TV appears on the screen.

 

"Thank you for this award. Now go listen to my new re-recordings, you flops"

Idk what her plans are but if she wins I could definitely see her still releasing more of these double album projects. If she doesn't, she'll most likely take a long pause and settle down with Travis, maybe have a baby or something

Eh I really hope she doesn't.  

 

Of her AotY wins the only ones that truly made sense to me were 'Fearless' and 'folklore'. While '1989' was absolutely massive, I felt it really didn't deserve to win. Same story with 'Midnights'.

 

If the Academy awards AotY to Taylor, it won't help with the narrative that people thing it's a popularity contest only now....

I hope it doesn't win.  TTPD has turned out to be one of my favorite Taylor albums and I think it would make a much more deserving winner than Midnights....I was not pulling for Midnights to win last year and was a little nervous when she won  but if that didn't happen, I'd be happy about a TTPD win.

 

But she won last year so I think it would turn people off if she won again.  brat deserves it anyway.
