I was referring to Billie's fans with 'the latter's fanbase', as shown by @Blackout2006 's post at the top of Page 3. My bad for not making it clearer.

 

But yeah, I'm sadly well aware of the vitriol thrown at Charli XCX by the other stanbase, including ugly homophobic comments directed at Charli's fans. Many have also been at the forefront of the 'Chappell Roan isn't cut out to be a popstar' narrative just because she dared to set boundaries and is unwilling to build an unhealthy parasocial dynamic with her fans.
