Not really shocking. How often do megan songs do well on Spotify global opening day? Usually theres somebody else attached. The only shock to me is the TWICE song not doing ok... but then again it is a rehash of a 5 month old song. Doesn't help that she kinda just threw this out with no fanfare either. What is it? a mixtape? a deluxe edition? a new album? like... djkdlsjldkf

Wait this INCLUDES the twice song?? I figured since that was a remix of act 1 it wasn't included 

 

Jesus if even the K-pop audience can't chart this that's wild, all the OGH claimed they were who made chromatica successful (plus Ari)

I mean yes one song was selected as the "single" but it's hardly had much of a push. I'm ngl I'm a fan and I didn't even know this album had dropped until oomf messaged me about it 

 

If her team is smart they'll film a video for Roc Steady and send that to radio because that's the song that has the most potential

Megan doesn't have a large audience for her music, but the audience she does have is consistent, they'll go to her shows.

 

Which is pretty normal especially nowadays with how divided "Rap fans" are. Lot of Megan fans don't even listen to other rappers  I don't see how this is a drag though. There's no money in music itself nowadays, tours and deals and **** is where these people make they money anyway (well she's independent now she getting that kickback herself)

Money in streaming or not, the numbers of who is actually being streamed are still important
