Popular Post WildHeart Posted October 27 Popular Post Posted October 27 (edited) Going from comparing your fave to Taylor to Charli XCX in a matter of days... last 3 weeks were really humbling to liddos Edited October 27 by WildHeart 1 30 1
Weld_E Posted October 27 Posted October 27 1 hour ago, wastedpotential said: I- Is Charli XCX the horse you really want to attach your wagon to? We had that whole discussion yesterday about Taylor and GaGa not being peers, are you willing to stake the claim that GaGa's peer isn't Katy Perry, but rather a girl who's never managed to collect a Platinum album? Is that where we are? "At least she did better than Gracie Abrams!!!11!" Oh wait… 5
L.B GAGA Posted October 27 Posted October 27 (edited) Terrible dated messy song, deserved drop. She has better vocals, 911 the song,DWAS,Shallow,Alice on chromatica proved it but i guess she opts for the worst to debut😢. Then she will give a tragic music video, then release the best one for the 3rd single when the hype is murdered from the first solo. Then Second single will be a collab with charli xcx or troye sivan and will smash due to a better producer, modern well sounding instrumentals and harmony in vocals. Its simple, good music from Gaga when new, it will smash. Her solo debut new efforts are flopping because of releasing an unproduced demo with noise and screams, then releasing a good solo from an album when its too late and the GP is irritated from the first solo. Doctor Dick Posted October 27 Posted October 27 (edited) The circlejerking in here because y'all were WRONG that she wouldn't chart and WRONG again that she would serve OUT. Continue jerking each other off while we continue on being happy our fave gave us something we love and made us hyped for the album. At least all we said turned out to be right: Gaga debuting way better than Katy, doing way better than Katy, Harlequin being no indication of how we can do first day, she'd do between 4M-5M. Literally everything turned out to be right. Meanwhile, here we have you guys saying she won't chart on Spotify at all, do less than 2M, being OUT on day one because of Harlequin and OUT on day two and all of that was WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG. Popular Post WildHeart Posted October 27 Popular Post Posted October 27 (edited) Who did claim that it would be out in its second day? Not liddos making things up to make it seem like its chart run is somewhat impressive... Edited October 27 by WildHeart 32

Popular Post Burn Posted October 27 Popular Post Posted October 27 The way these threads always end up with @Doctor Dick being the last monster standing. Sis, most of your fellow LMs at least have the good sense to keep their heads down and retreat back to their base. 43
spree Posted October 27 Posted October 27 If this does the same streams as WW for Week 1 (or worse) it will be the greatest kii of the decade. 1
Popular Post Capris Groove Posted October 27 Popular Post Posted October 27 She is now "old" and so is her fanbase. She spent her 'vital decade' singing showtunes and chasing success by sticking to a formula... She never evolved as herself in her own music... she did all that in the last 15 years and she has nothing to show for it. 5 years in she was already coughing up a rehashed version of herself or someone else. Now compare that to Janet going from Control to Rhythm Nation to janet. to The Velvet Rope, or M from self-titled to True Blue to Like a Prayer through Erotica to Ray of Light. 14 10

Meanwhile, here we have you guys saying she won't chart on Spotify at all, do less than 2M, being OUT on day one because of Harlequin and OUT on day two and all of that was WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG. Please give it up deelishis. For everyone's sake, but especially for yours. Everyone fully expected GaGa to chart (I mean... we were all expecting like a million or two more than this ended up debuting with), and everyone fully expected this to hold better than Stupid Love. No one was expecting this to serve OUT on day 1 or day 2. However, now that we've seen the struggling debut and the gargantuan collapse, we are expecting this to serve OUT sooner than initially expected. It doesn't seem as if you're particularly happy that your fave gave you something you love and makes you hype for the album (I mean... we can all read Liddo base), but I say that because you're camped in here, screaming nonsensical things at us ("GaGa and Charli are peers" reads like a cry for help, tbh) like this: We can agree that Harlequin had zero impact on Disease's performance, because otherwise it would've not made the chart in the first place. As everyone has reaffirmed to you (despite your continued hesitance on the topic), GaGa HAS outdebuted Katy and Woman's World, and that's worth celebrating if that's your definition of success (though... really? All you want is for GaGa's lead single with all of the flop movie/flop jazz album pressure riding on it is to outdebut the flop of the year?), congratulations to you, Doctor Dick, congratulations to Liddo base, and congratulations to GaGa! I'm glad you think that "literally everything turned out to be right", as I've been very concerned about the wellbeing of the Liddos this week, but that's such a positive sign! I hope you enjoy this song and LG7 when it comes in February! Spoiler Edited October 27 by wastedpotential 1 2 19

Capris Groove Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Sorry but really, Artpop isn't the problem of her career. It's that, at her zenith, she decided to focus on jazz showtunes with Tony Bennett... she should've been acting like an imperial popstar. 1
