I just find it strange how it's 48 on global but the only countries it's charting higher than that number are… the U.K., Ukraine, Latvia, Bulgaria and Estonia… like, how does that work?

I think because many songs charting higher in those countries only chart in limited countries (for example local songs). If you only filter for US songs (or songs with a global appeal) then Disease would be higher.
