One of the things that led to his addiction was depression bc he wasn't respected as an artist.

 

The media, people and even his own fans always dragged him for being the "least famous". It must feel so bad to watch the others still being loved by the fans and selling out tours while you had to cancel yours due to low sales. 
 

I still remember he recently showed off all the merch he had ready for his tour on Snapchat. Getting dropped by a label that never supported you must have been the last straw

Life happens for you and you have a choice. Too bad he's stuck in his own shadow, he doesn't have to be a singer to be Liam if you know what I mean but still, it's so sad depression won him over

I find myself pretty invested in the story, but the "witness accounts" have largely been a big pile of nothing. And, as you said, they actually come across quite thirsty and opportunistic. 

 

I'm admittedly very intrigued about how he ended up dead so soon after being photographed. The accounts people gave point to nothing more than slight social awkwardness and, if anything, made him out to be quite nice and polite (with the only downpoint being the whole "hope someone notices me, I'm famous" spiel).

 

Definitely don't believe in any silly conspiracy theory and my gut tells me it really was just a case of being intoxicated. But equally keen to make sense of what is such a sad occurrence. 

 

The saddest part is that, unless there's some key element of the investigation that hasn't been divulged, we may actually never know if it was an accident or intentional (suicide).

I'm assuming he's there to claim Liam's body and bring him back to the UK for the funeral. 

He was photographed on the second story balcony of the hotel (as third story is blocked off for investigation) and joined fans for a silent memorial outside the hotel. But, yes, I would assume he's there to conclude his son's business and return him home.

I still think there was confrontation and it caused him to fall; which is why they mentioned a balcony to draw attention to the fact he could jump. All this sounds too easy but who am I to say what happened. I accept the outcome, but it seems iffy to me.

my recent roomate did drugs too, then he trashed the whole apartment, destroyed all the stuff, TV, kitchen set everything at the living room and attacked his girlfriend.. then he went to jail, never do drugs guys especially the strong ones

i'll be honest I looked at the pictures out of morbid curiosity.

 

it's just so heartbreaking... to mean your end this way; drugged out of your mind, alone in a foreign country, and feeling like all hope is lost. fame can truly kill. the pictures just drove these feelings home and I feel even more empathy for him. I truly truly wish he has found peace now that he has crossed over.
