The Strangers and The Descent deserve more praise from newer horror movies. also Hereditary & Midsommar deserved to be high

 

The Exorcist should've been #1

The Exorcist is actually such a bad movie - For it's time, cool, but it has not held overtime - And is more comedic - it's influence is major tho. Same with Rosemary's Baby (1968) and Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974)

Agreed with everything,but the last sentence . Midsommar and Hereditary deserve top 10.

i've never seen the exorcist or the texas chain sawes ones, should I this Halloween? are they scary or just dumb? 

 

i looove rosamary's baby tho, so legendary, i read the book is epic as well

I think it won't have the same impact it had then. I think given the time it was made it was so scary,but rn - it''s kinda funny and unserious. Haven't watched Chloe's Exorcist tho

The original sequel and PD remake + prequel were great. Everything else was a turd

They just splattered a bunch of old movies in the Top 10 and called it a day. Terrible list.
