Is Billie the 2025 Grammy AOTY winner?

Hopefully it is her or Ariana (who will probably win Pop Vocal Album). Those are the only two deserving Pop albums of Album of The Year this year to be honest.

The only album this year that deserves it

Posted

Probably and it would be a decent choice, although brat should really win

Hers was my favourite project this year. So much depth. Blue alone out eats the competition :-*

But imagine the Grammys pulling a Jon Batiste kind of win... Another unexpected AOTY!

as long as her, ariana, or yonce take it.

Watch it go to Beyonce because of splits. (Or Chapelle, or somebody else that's not too mainstream this year)

I don't mind Billie winning it though because the album's great, but I am probably in the minority where HTE > HMHAS.

Taylor winning would have so much talk and noise, but I don't mind her winning too, well because I looooooove TTPD.

What if this year is a big wildcard and Ariana surprisingly takes it

Definitely. It's the best of the year

Ariana has no chance, sis. Her album was somehow a flop, carried by a WCBF, unfortunately. The album came and went

It's AOTY for sure

I'd be surprised if it lost but music this year has been so packed so who knows

Billie or Chappell will win AOTY.

Yes, the album is phenomenal and deserves AOTY.

More than likely. It certainly won't be COWBOY CARTER as we know the committee hates to see Bey coming. I could potentially see THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT having a chance at winning only because it spent 15 weeks at No. 1 (despite some marketing gimmicks) and still within the midst of Taylormania. I could also see the committee not wanting to decide between all of these great female albums and pick a male one instead. They're really ridiculous when it comes to their so-called "guidelines."

wouldn't be surprised if it goes to that lady again :rip:

also people expecting charli or ariana to win bffr, ariana is literal grammy poison and a bunch of old out of touch voters aren't gonna vote for the fun club album about partying and taking drugs :rip:

Probably the safest and most deserving choice, tbh. If only for Birds of a Feather.

:deadbanana: Right? Why are we even entertaining the idea...

I hope so.

But I'm afraid Sabrina could split votes with her like SOUR did with Happier than ever and then the random Jon Batiste win happened

pretty sure it's her or you know who

Yes, I think she is taking it. Unless some genre-pushed underground artist randomly shows up and surprises.

She is such a Grammy darling so probably

Posted

Yes and she deserves it

Too many pop contenders which leads to votes split. It will be 2022 again when the voters choose an indie underrated artist :jonny5:

She absolutely deserves it and she will imo
