allforyou Posted October 3 Posted October 3 It was a fantastic performance but the effect they put on her microphone sounded a little bit weird at times, either way Gaga continues to show what an amazing performer she is
CRUNK. Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Its back to #33 on US iTunes. It would be amazing, if she performs the song on another show.
Marla Singer Posted October 3 Posted October 3 This performance has kind of ruined the studio version for me, she took the song to a whole other level so the recorded version just doesn't hit as hard now. 1
EnterTheAttic Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Kelly Clarkson made an actual post about this performamce praising Gaga https://www.instagram.com/reel/DArSGjbNwb4/?igsh=MmV4cnI1OGtmamJo 2
Ibrahim Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I haven't read any of the thread. Just wanted to comment since this was recommended to me on YouTube. Amazing. I really have not been into any of her work since Joanne outside of a random track here or there like "Alice" due to her decision to lean into some choice vocal distortion but this....THIS. First of all, she sounds amazing. Sweet and tender at the start and then that guttural cry towards the bridge. Just superb overall and way more emotively powerful with that choice of delivery. I was afraid she was becoming too vocally monotonic but this is the Gaga I'm here for. It doesn't hurt that the chorus has that highly addictive "aye, aye-ee-aye, aye-ee-aye" 2
Kevin Parker Posted October 9 Posted October 9 this is undoubtedly one of her top 10 best performances ever.
