The forum gets overloaded whenever Katy has new music cause the LMs come out to purposely degrade and trash her. Then they come out again when Gaga has new music or a movie to spam the forum for a couple months before scattering like cockroaches for a couple years. Nothing new.

Because I'm guessing quite a few of them are flamebaiting posts that either deny what happened to her or make fun of her for things beyond her control as a result of the litigation. Or, at its worst, posts making fun of her over the assault.

 

What you need to remember is that Katy did something that was, for many people, unforgiveable. These were her decisions, and she has to live with the consequences. She knew what she was doing. Pointing that out isn't worthy of giving points. You don't need to defend your favorite artist just because they are your favorite artist. They're human, and they mess up. What she did is not worthy of defense. So when users throw around the same, tired, snarky rhetoric in a bid to defend Katy over this, it comes across as particualrly cruel and unintelligent.

No at this point it's a forum dedicated to soft people who can't handle the real world and need a controlled space so their feelings don't get hurt

This site does that with everyone. Lest we forget how Madonna stans have attacked Gaga and Taylor on here over stuff that's either a decade+ old or stupid and petty.
