Doctor Dick Posted September 29 Posted September 29 Being on ATRL these last couple of days I've learned two things: 1. Even if Gaga smashed with Harlequin she'd be less relevant than anyone because "iT SMashED bECUase oF tHE m0VIE". It's only when she flops it's because of her. 2. Katy is a flop. 2
Solaria Posted September 29 Posted September 29 Oh to be a Katycat and perpetually stuck in October 2013. I kind of get it. Life was so much simpler back then. I wouldn't wanna return to reality either. I understand! 12
dumbsparce Posted September 29 Posted September 29 I would say so actually. Katy lives for the attention whether it's positive or negative and loves being a "controversial" popstar. Gaga has completely lost the essence of fun and whatever lashings she gets are aimed at her liddos and their fragile state of mind instead. 1 3
allforyou Posted September 29 Posted September 29 This thread Aren't y'all tired of comparing Katy and Gaga? It's been 16 years of this Anyway it's obvious that Gaga is more relevant even though I love Katy

When I've told people about the Katy Perry x Dr Luke stuff, most of them are shocked she's still making music It's a Joker sequel that costs 200M$, not a Sundance indie film. If you own a TV, a tablet or a phone, you would know about it. Edited September 29 by SylMacPer 1

I don't think a table would tell you much 12
Dolce Vita Posted September 29 Posted September 29 i'm not even a katy fan but why are you setting her up gurl…

Breathe On Moi Posted September 29 Posted September 29 not liddos sending secret agents to create these type of threads to divert from the ongoing lashings 1

Mrnoniee Posted September 29 Posted September 29 One has collabs to keep her relevant One relies more on her star power both are doing FINE Katy is gearing up for Tour Gaga has a Collab doing good

Lüwís Posted September 29 Posted September 29 The "Illusory Truth Effect" comes to mind here. If someone tells themselves something enough times, they begin to believe it as the truth.
zoom202226 Posted September 30 Posted September 30 You might argue that Gaga is more relevant but that's largely because of her movie career. You might say that it's because of her "talent" and there's nothing wrong with that. Meanwhile, Katy Perry stayed on her lane: pop music. Both have become less relevant, but only one of them is working (if not trying) tooooo hard fighting for relevancy.

Ethereaaal Posted September 30 Posted September 30 You're comparing a jazzy covers album to Katy's pop comeback with months worth of build up and promo… Don't get too brave Katy Hamster. 2
Katy.Kat.23 Posted September 30 Posted September 30 Imagine thinking someone who had literally EVERY media outlet talking about them within the last 2 months is not relevant lol
babyforlife Posted September 30 Posted September 30 all this over a jazz album? DWAS mega success really did something to yall 1
