How much time do you dedicate to physical activity per week?

Four - five times A WEEK lol. I do treadmill running on off days too sometimes.

I go to the gym four to five days a week, and over the weekend I try to go for a walk in the afternoon.

I do 22.000 steps a day, which is about 3.5 hours

So... about 24 hours a week. Damn that's a lot :deadbanana:

my work is a 20-ish minute walk from my house plus my job involves around walking around the whole building :giraffe:

i get enough steps in :giraffe:

I only do around 4 hours :gaycat7:

 

I need to do at least 1 more hour a week I think.

I clear 5 hours on the weekend alone between my long runs and bike rides. I also run 2-3 times during the weekdays and walk every day

I work out usually 4 or 5 days a week I spend like 1-1:30 hour there everything

I do about an hour per day of actual working out then about another hour of physical activity usually walking my dogs or walking on my lunch break. So I average around 10 - 14 hours of physical activity per week

about 4 hours weights and cardio + all the walking i do since i don't drive

45 mins on my Peloton bike daily and I drop in for yoga a few times per week.

 

I really don't like the gym

Full body workout 3x per week, 1.5 hours each time so 4,5 hours in total

I do between 15,000 to 20,000 steps every day while working

1 hour of cardio (usually jogging) and 30 min of weights 5 times a week

Omg so the average session for you guys is 1 hour?!

honestly haven't in a while but I really should because I run out of breath just taking the bins out :gaycat7:

I normally am at the gym one hour each day, so that's seven hours a week for me. 75% of the time, I am on the treadmill. Still, I find it difficult to shed weight unless I skip lunch. I try to comfort myself that if I do not adopt this regime each day, I would certainly have been another 7 to 8 kg heavier.

4/5 x 20 minutes of workout per week (when i'm discpline)

 

I also try to walk 8k to 10k steps a day
