Genius1111 Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I normally am at the gym one hour each day, so that's seven hours a week for me. 75% of the time, I am on the treadmill. Still, I find it difficult to shed weight unless I skip lunch. I try to comfort myself that if I do not adopt this regime each day, I would certainly have been another 7 to 8 kg heavier.
