Honestly after the leak of I'm So Sick and Rearview I honestly think that she made a big mistake scrapping that album/era. Literally her only hiccup was Slow Clap and she could've easily bounced back from that by just releasing another single that was a good song. I hate how insecure she can be as an artist cause it really screws us fans over big time

teenagecraze Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Candyland deserved a spot on the album! to think it was the album title at some point Carousel feels like a sister song to U Started It, now leak the reworked version for the Baby Don't Lie album Don't Wait Too Long is soooo cute FBU she was in her sexy bag INFORMATION WOWWW NO WORDS this might be my favorite of the batch... Sparkle sounds like from other era? it's very polished to be from TSE to me BOOM deserved a spot, make a deluxe 20 year anniversary And the demos are so noisy
RideOrDie Posted September 27 Posted September 27 these been circulating for like 2+ years btw, sparkle and boom are it 2
willmcclure9 Posted September 27 Posted September 27 The people asking for PMS That being said..... 1 1
xokuba Posted September 27 Posted September 27 (edited) Finally had a chance to listen to all and it reminded me how huge album can be from scraps left from the debut. It's amazing to have these songs after so many years. Wind It Up is the Original Neptunes Mix that was released officially as a bonus track, probably not mastered. Fluorescent is great, I like the more raw vocals and thank god third verse was scrapped. U Started It demo's vocals are definitely something, the final version is much better, but I enjoyed the less filtered spoken intro. Don't Wait Too Long is lovely, reminds me of Running from Rock Steady. Fine By You is beautiful, would tackle it on the end just to extend the emotional moment after Wonderful Life. It sounds ethereal. Why the hell was Sparkle left out? This version is very 00s, but it's way better than what we got in 2012. Damn, Candyland is classic Gwen x Pharrell, love it. Orange County Girl is a bop, always was, is there any difference with this? Haven't noticed anything... Information is probably my favourite. It would hit #1 on my family's computer if it was released back in the day. I see why it was left off, it doesn't really fit the album. Boom is also great, reminds me of Serious. I also see why it was left off... The bridge is funny but slaps! She really should've made a trilogy out of the songs. Imagine the visuals Edited September 27 by xokuba 1
goldstargay Posted September 27 Posted September 27 (edited) She should just release Boom now b/c it EATS Edited September 27 by goldstargay 3

Just listened now, and surreal is truly the right word It's so crazy to hear the new lyrics / sections of the song after listening to that goddamn YouTube video for 15+ years 2
