Last Boy on Earth Posted September 30 Posted September 30 I live in Barcelona, I'd probably be deported if I give up on that 2 1
Taylor fanboy Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Not bodybuilding per se, but there was a time in my life where I was doing marathons, yoga almost everyday, and was quickly transitioning to cross-fit and triathlon. Broke my ankle and I gave up.
Vrx. Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Nah I work out and stay toned but not cut I love eating (I eat about 6-8 times a day) so I just work out to compensate for that lol
Capris Groove Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) I work out and eat to feel good now, rather than pushing myself with goals as I did when I was younger -- which, let's face it, was just to look good. I don't restrict myself in any way when it comes to diet. Counting calories is bullshit - you feel like you're ticking a box and it becomes a chore. Eating new things, listening to your body, eating with people, is sooo much better and healthier. And as for exercise, same thing, I try everything and don't follow a schedule. Strength training, yoga, swimming, biking, hiking, running, dancing, etc. Love it. Honestly though, luckily I'm naturally kind of a big guy so I can be the dom top I wanna be and **** my bottoms real good. Edited October 8 by Capris Groove 1
