Is this simply her TUN? Will she only decline from here on out? Or could she have an era even bigger than SNS? Will she last?

Discuss.

Her TUN… not the Ari shade omg :deadbanana4:

No, her music is bland af

Actually most of the new girls' are, that's why they don't last

I really think she's the next Katy/Xtina. I hope I'm proven wrong though. But how will she progress? By making the same catchy pop songs? That's what happened to Katy. She went full throttle for an era and pulled out all of her tricks in one era, had multiple #1's and then went out of literal ideas.

Yes, but not every era will be a 'Short n' Sweet' era.

I mean, she's lasted as a flop for how many years now? I'm sure the amount they paid to push her Will give her a solid 3 more years.

she will last if she follow ariana's route by securing a stable fanbase!!!

Her album sales show there is more interest in her than just her singles so she has a solid fan base to fall back on. Since her brand is witty sexy lyrics and not the music per se (apart from being solid pop), she does have the option to go the experimental route or push boundaries to show "artistic growth" if she grows stagnant. She is still young enough to maintain the same looks and image without looking cringe. As for the visuals, I'm not sure where she can go from here. If she does stick to the standard pop formula maybe she will go the Taylor route of continuing to use relationships to drive interest. I think she has potential to last at minimum one more album cycle before her shtick gets old.

Maybe a new younger blonde will come to the fore front in the future and eat up her niche, we will have to wait and see. Regardless she has lasted this long already, so good for her!

Well we've seen what happend with big albums and their follow up…

WWAFA > HTE everyone hated Billie

SOUR > GUTS still succesful but not nearly as much as Sour

FN > RO the biggest flop of all time.

Planet Her > Scarlet ouuuu dont make that face.

So Sabrina's next album is looking to be a underperformance which means the throne will be claimed by Holyivia again

How is Ro the biggest flop of all time?

She has been around since 2014.

 She isn't some overnight success

so I think she will last as she has the charisma and personality…and iconic pop look already.

The music industry needs to figure something out though because the gen z acts are not sticking. They need to start investing in artist development again or else there will be no more mega stars. (Or maybe that's the plan) just let it all be independent and more smaller artist with loyal fan base instead of megastars.

Millennial/GEN x artist still are saving the music and touring industry.

She's really good. Good songs, nice lyrics, good vocals, pretty, likeable in interviews... The only thing that's missing for me is uniqueness. She's not the type of artist you can identify just by hearing their voice or sound, her visual elements aren't that unique either. She could slip because she's too generic, or she could rise even higher because she doesn't offend anyone. Could go either way.

Same. I've become a big fan since I knew about her this summer (funny enough I don't like Espresso and I'm waaaay more in love with EICS than with SnS), and it's the music, the lyrics and her CHARISMA for me. She's just likable and fun. But I'm afraid her brand might not be too "special" to stay relevant. Either way, she's a hard working girl, and even if she becomes a smaller act, I'd be happy if she stays.

She'll definitely last, but "how much can she evolve?" is the real question.

she fell into underrated category for long time since her writing is somewhat consistant good and her music choices are versatile as well. just that most were first ignored her because of ex-act status, her blonde look, triangle drama, and non-outspoken personality, admit she does have flaws and things to improve if she got what it takes to be next pop star status. her connection is decent but you cant rely on swifties all the time or next 3-5 years so she better work hard from now to out reach more audience range to build up her base. all up to her efforts.

I highly doubt it

Yes, the GP wanted a new MPG and she broke out at the right time with Espresso.
