People will turn this into a stan war thing and criticize that she took too long to do this or that she's only doing it because of the Mahomes backlash, but the fact of the matter is that she's objectively the most influential pop culture figure for young people in America right now and her encouraging people to register to vote can actually have a meaningful impact. As someone who's pretty neutral on her overall, I'm really happy to see her do this (and especially specifically talking about the importance of registering to vote and voting early).
