I hope it can do that much. If it did 70m that would be the 7th biggest opening in October. An r rated courtroom musical drama sequel with no controversy and mixed reviews. It would actually be insane if it pulled that much, way more than most A list actors open with nowadays.

It's a musical, the reviews have not been good, the first film appealed to incels (so a female lead is not going to help), Gaga was cut significantly from the film, etc. etc.
