Global sales are nothing to brag about because the studios receive a smaller % from tickets.

I hope next week's drop will not be too big :dancehall3:

You call it that I call it logic.

This movie needs to make at least 2.5x time it's budget to break even. :dancehall3:

I will never understand how come Megalopolis and Joker didn't capitalize on the Barbenheimmer trend

imagine a JOKERLOPOLIS cultural moment? numbers for both movies would be looking very different now

According to your previous logic we need a different multiplier for domestic and WW BO, so maybe you want to rethink your 2.5x multiplier :dancehall3:

Just a month ago when the movie got a 10mins standing ovation in Venice it was Gaga's JFAD, but now it is a catastrophic flop is only Todd Phillip's JFAD. :gaycat5:

It would be a bit less humiliating for you liddos if you took the L with some dignity. The constant coping narratives and switch ups are just sad.

Just wait until her new album comes out.

ATRL servers will go up in flames.

Not sure why you're being a silly cow with your replies. It's been stated multiple times that the movie needs to earn almost 500m to break even. Your sarcasm won't save this utter bomb of a movie.

The point is the domestic gain is tragic since that's where the movie is making the most profit. This movie needs some serious legs to break even. And I'm afraid it won't:dancehall3:

"JOKER 2 needs $450M to break-even. The film earned $121M worldwide this weekend"

The movie can do that.

Maybe you lack reading comprehension so let me help you. This was his comment, which has nothing to do with break even.

It's just a way to discredit the global BO.

I hope you can finally connect the dots.
