Joker: FAD to lose $150-200M, one of the biggest box office bombs ever

"Joker: Folie à Deux" debuted over the weekend in its final major market, China, where the offbeat comic book sequel landed behind re-release of "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" on box office charts.
Warner Bros. is the distributor of both "Joker" and the "Harry Potter" franchise and reported the order on box office charts, but the studio would not provide clarity on the comparative three-day number for "Joker 2."
A re-release of the second "Harry Potter" movie earned $4.6 million over the weekend, while "Joker 2" brought in $5.9 million from 11,204 screens across a five-day frame.

Had hoped they would submit "Die with a Smile" for Best Original Song too.

That was basically the only successful thing about this movie :(

It did not. It debuted high on expectations as everywhere else (7.5M) and its #6 in it's 3rd weekend there too (12M total). It didn't even multiply its first week numbers.

From the 200M its gonna do WW, a 70M is from Europe and 60M will be from the US.

the previous movie, did 1.063B ww, +400M from europe (72.5M in the UK) and +330M from the US.

this is NOT decent, anywhere

The first one grossed £55M+, so no it did not do "decently"

This is not even playing in theatres here in western Canada anymore. They dropped it. Gaga has impact.
