They draw up contracts/agreements for any and everything  this **** is standard for celebrities. Hell, even for their real relationships there are documents to be signed should they get married. It's not far fetched that it's a PR relationship (on Kelce's side) but I doubt that document is real. 
 

Travis Kelce has been THIRSTY for wide mainstream attention for years now. That has been his and his management's goal for years now. I truly believe that he's using Taylor to achieve it.

Well, that's exactly how a PR relationship works. You show PDA and then you stage a breakup so that both can continue the narrative in their writing material. It's no surprise the only times we hear about those two is when they have something to promote.
