Chromatica had bundles plus before ASIB Gaga didn't really do all that well on streaming. She struggled to transition to the streaming era because she was flopping with artpop when it started taking off. The superbowl and ASIB made her a much bigger streaming force so Chrom got a decent streaming debut.

Even without the 0.99 deal that Amazon did on their own after paying full distribution price for the album to promote their new music service, it still did 700k+ first week in the US. Only 400k of that 1.1m first week US number was part of the Amazon promotion. 
 

Let's see if Sabrina can do over 200k in pure sales before we get brave.
