7/10.  Only missing the ones in Asia (though…have been to Taiwan so according to China, I have been to China :)) 

 

I probably would have visited them by now if I didn't love Latin America so much.  Colombia and Brazil should be on this list (meaning they are better than some of the places in the top 10).

Taiwan is nothing like China, it's similar to Hungary-Austria, back then they were united but now Austria is a high up and Hungary is the poorest country in the European Union.
