Billie would have done 300k even without the extra digital copies. HDD was just underestimating her sales and streams in the first prediction. But yeah, sabrina is doing bigger numbers in the US while billie is more consumed globally.

They thought that the album will fall fast at first while i think HDD predicted that Sabrina's stream will be stable due to 3 hits she had. In Billie's case, they don't know if any track would become a hit. 1

RoseBud Posted August 25 Posted August 25 With three hit songs this should easily stay ahead of GUTS numbers. The more apt comparison would be with Billie. Billie didn't have two huge hits like Sabrina going in but has done well. It will be interesting to see if she can stay with Billie numbers. I expect these two to be the favorites for Pop Vocal Album at the Grammy's.

In this case I can see her not needing to push a deluxe or more physical copies to reach the 300k threshold with three stable hits in the top 10 in both big streaming services

Funnyfatty Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Ohh i guess Espresso never has a chance to go #1 especially if they go all out on Taste. Two #1 s out of the era i'm happy for her but people will be SHOCKED when they hear Espresso isn't one of them

It was #1 on Spotify WW and Spotify US so it was biggest song in the world and in the US at some point. Hot100 lost its course since 2020. 1 3
aesthetic bih Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Oh wow. This era will have at least 1-2 more hits (Bed Chem & Good Graces ahem...)
Holiest Dreams Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I knew it was gonna perform like this (very stable) but didn't wanna jinx her. Glad I was correct!
