I worked for an airline under Lufthansa AG for three years, and as much as I hate that company, I have to question why and how this happened.

 

I've never seen anybody denied boarding over speaking one language over the other. The only times rightful ticketholders get denied boarding is if the doors are already closed, if the passenger is belligerent, or if they are so drunk that they could be a danger to themselves, crew, or other passengers.

 

Either this is human error on the part of one messy manager, Bebe herself was being a mess, or she was late.
