Katy was only dragged into it because...of Luke....

No, how would he even know that text message correspondance exists where they make the allegation that he raped Katy?

Because of the discovery process in court where all parties turn over their documents responsive to each other's discovery demands - a standard procedure in every lawsuit :rip:.

So you agree then that it was Kesha's team who added those texts as evidence to bolster their claim, and as such dragged Katy Perry into this case, even though it was just a baseless rumor?

No, that's the exact opposite of what happened and you either lack reading comprehension or fundamentally don't know what you are talking about :hoetenks:

Kesha never injected anything Katy Perry-related into the lawsuit, never relied on anything Katy Perry-related for her own benefit as part of the lawsuit, never introduced Katy Perry-related evidence into the lawsuit, never subpoenaed Katy Perry and never wanted to make her deposition public. Each of these things have solely been done by Dr. Luke.

How does Dr Luke know about those text messages then? I don't think he has access to Kesha's or Gaga's phone?

Yes, that's exactly what he has :hoetenks:

Kesha literally turned over her devices so that Dr. Luke could run agreed-upon search terms on them to see if there are any documents or files responsive to his discovery demands...that's precisely how discovery works.

Wow, I'm VERY surprised that Kesha would film a show with someone who recently worked with Dr. Luke. DISGUSTING behaviour when you consider he allegedly has other victims.

OK well finally some interesting information, thank you, I didn't know he was allowed to do that. So not only were those text messages really backhanded, they also came back to bite her in the ass unfortunately as Dr Luke was able to use them as evidence of defamation.

Again, it's too bad. I really think this case was very important not just in the music industry, but also in a grander sense as it was kinda the impetus of the MeToo movement along with others. But the way it was handled was very messy and over time involved way too many people who really didn't have anything to do with it
