Have Beyonce and Taylor Swift gone the Chris Brown route: quantity over quality?

Do you believe they're long at all? Or do you believe they're the perfect amounts?  One good thing about CC is there is multiple under 2 minute songs unlike TTPD

I think if you're going to listen to them in one sitting, yes, they're long. But I don't consume them like that. I tend to camp on individual songs and they both give me the content to do that. If you want a sit-down album, then  yeah, I think they'd be too long for that. They're great for long plane rides, though.

TLDR, I think the length can be an issue but it just doesn't bother me for how I consume them.

Now remember, this is just my opinion but I don't find myself going back to these tracks unless I'm fully listening to the album…

"MOST WANTED"

"DAUGHTERS"

"ALLIIGATOR TEARS"

"FLAMENCO"

"RIIVERDANCE"

"LEVII JEANS"

"JUST FOR FUN"

Which is so disappointing because I wanted to like them. On the other hand, I love American Requiem, Blackbiird, Jolene, 16 Carriages, Texas Hold Em', Ya Ya, Tyrant, II Hands II Heaven

These are all good and well-crafted songs btw, especially Daughter and Alligator Tears being HIGHLIGHTS :clap3:

And Cowboy Carter is not even that long. It has 27 tracks but 8 are interludes / spoken intros

19 tracks is still quite a lot actually :dies: but Taylor still has her beat with 31 full songs which is just insanity

TTPD is Taylor's best album

Beyonce's music was never quality to begin with

She's released 8 solo albums, Everything is Love, and The Gift.

10 albums total and only 3 of them are worthwhile

4 is decent, Renaissance is good, Cowboy Carter is inspired.

The rest are *absolute trash*, especially Self Titled and Lemonade

Espresso & PPP >>> any song on CC

Short n sweet is not even out and i already know BODYGUARD alone is better than that entire album and sabrina's existence.

Have Beyonce

I need y'all to keep Giselle name out of y'alls troll shenanigans. Regardless of any album length, her middle name has been quality control for a long time now. Every track has a purpose in the overarching concept. The other two cannot relate.

CC had it's own theme going through the whole record, so did TTPD with the intertwined narratives between the songs.

Chris simply tacked in every single song he had recorded in months for no apparent reason, logic or cohesion.
