SmittenCake Posted August 7 Posted August 7 bought her album last month (autographed) it was shipped then it was shipped back for some reason i contact customer service and they said they would have to charge me again for shipping... i said i no and wanted a refund now they're saying they dont do refunds how should i handle this?
