Not really, she's the Mcdonalds of music after all.

If McDonalds was the most expensive restaurant in the world and had 4 Michelin stars:celestial5:

this one won't be topped for a very very long time, because not only you need star power similar to taylor, but you also need circumstances similar to end of pandemic restrictions and peoples' hunger for live performances. she captured the zeitgeist perfectly :clap3:

I agree. I think we're gonna see a slight decline in live concert revenue in the coming years because concert ticket prices are getting out of hand. It's due for a plateau and I think it's coming sooner rather than later.

This ofc will affect future Taylor tours too. Especially since she was a big part of this ticket overpricing trend.

It's kinda crazy people are willing to spend so much to see her. I mean Taylor will definitely tour again and I doubt it will be that far in the future since she tends to tour every 2-3 years.

She easily could've doubled ticket prices if she wanted and gotten a 5b gross

I imagine her and her team are probably regretting not using dynamic pricing

Spoiler

Taylor always likes to top herself so I can see them using dynamic pricing for her next big tour to surpass this total… :ninja:

You are? Your obsession towards Taylor seems to revolve around this matter even when it has nothing to do with the subject (like in this thread).

When CC went #1, since it generated sales and money, did you call Beyoncé out?

I'm surprised she was able to do this without having any hits that the GP knows

Not really cause she wasn't on my mind until I saw that guy's avi and thought "wow this person has a lot of nerve trying to set up a Gaga vs Dua fight while staning Taylor Swift".

A capitalist world we live in. And it's always the easiest way to lie and brainwash children.

Also, the revenue is almost the same as McDonalds. :clap3:

And she gives back as much, she's truly the most generous mpg ever so, I'm happy for her success :clap3:

It was not relevant to the discussion, so yeah, you are just pressed. As others told you already, given the artists you have been stanning on ATRL for years, maybe you should try to hide when it comes to the quality discussion.

Insane. Yeah if she used dynamic pricing this would have been much bigger, but that's okay because dynamic pricing sucks.

I paid 120 EUR for a Taylor concert in Aviva in Dublin and I got Billie Eilish for 150 EUR in a smaller 3Arena for next year. I mean WTF?

Now Sabrina's tickets here are insanely expensive as well. At least for Taylor it's worth it because you really get what you paid for with the length and amount of showmanship she has. Well I haven't seen Billie nor Sabrina live so can't say if they will be worth it but for a start, 150+ EUR for a smaller venue is just too much. I guess that will throw off a lot of live convert goers moving forward because of how ridiculous the prices are now.

I stan the artist with the most acclaimed album of the year so idk what you are talking about.

I want to know the average attendance though :celestial5:

The way there are no official sources, just speculations. Someone says $1B another says $2B next time one will say $5B but. THERE ARE NO OFFICIAL REPORTS

This only talks about fraud and money laundering.  @Donald Trump

And whose discography is mid overall. And don't act like she is the only one you have been stanning on here, no need to hide. :rip:

« According to Variety » « could »

Where is it written « official »? You need to stay away from Taylor threads, not sure what you are getting from spamming her threads while disliking her.
