SLUTTVFTV

11 - "Her best track 5? Maybe second to Dear John or YOYOK."

kyungsoowift

11 - "I commend this song on a personal level as growing makes me feel like **** on how you can't met certain expectations from everyone around you."

pavi

11 - "Can't believe she cut this from the setlist. I'm still pressed."

Vespertine

10 - "Taylor Swift deserves the death penalty for cutting this from the Eras Tour international edition."

The Music Industry

10 - "This song is a powerful exploration of emotional neglect. The subtle piano arrangement (along with the extended Eras Tour version of the arrangement) create a powerful atmosphere that conveys deep feelings of being overlooked by the person you care the most about. It's disturbingly beautiful. :cries:"

wastedpotential

10 - "I'm so mad about this being cut from the Eras Tour that I really can't listen to this hymn without getting distracted with ways I'd have changed the setlist to maintain its inclusion. I fear that also applies to rate comments, because I REEALLY think She should've whacked Mastermind or You Need To Calm Down (I know the former has the chess thing and the latter has "let me see your hands!", but chess seems less relevant than the giant table setting scene, and it hasn't been pride month for several weeks now, we aren't gonna call Her homophobic...) instead and left this in place. I knew there would be drastic changes to the setlist when Tee Tee Pee Dee came out, but I just never in a million years thought that Tolerate It would be a victim to Her cruelty. That said, I would be remiss to not mention the absolute butchering of the clean version of this hymn. Usually I like to mix things up between which version of a particular hymn I use at any given time because Lord ALWAYS has clever clean version lyric changes... except for this one. Of all the songs to get lazy and to opt for a sh-, THIS is not the one to pick. I know this album was really quite rushed, all things considered, but surely they had the time for that? Maybe She could've blown off that one random country awards show performance of Betty to spend a few hours in the studio working on a clean version of this song! I am intentionally not discussing what this song is about or how it makes me feel because I do not have the time or energy for crippling sadness, so I will stick to bitching about set lists in ignorant bliss!... ... [wait a few seconds] ... ... "I made you my temple, my mural, my sky/now I'm begging for footnotes in the story of your life" *insert choked sobbing noises, then what sounds like a bus backfire and a splat*"

MusicLoverDude

10 - "The one-two punch of this and TTDS is so good."

blown away

10 - "Breathtakingly beautiful song."

LoveInStereo

10 - "Type of song to make me wish there were more than five 11 scores in this rate!"

Lorenzo22

10 - "How many letters in tolerate?

Starchild

10 - "Ugh to feel like this is an awful feeling."

Achilles.

10 - "He ran into her knife! he ran into her knife nine times!"

greento

9.6 - "The fact I never got to hear this live will haunt me forever."

Where are you now?

8.9 - "Don't get me wrong, still love and admire it, but maybe not as much as it seems like everyone else does? It's just so down in the dumps submissive 40's housewife."

AbeHicks

8 - "I really do relate to this one. My whole life I've tried to be a happy person even if I'm in pain. So what most people see of me is this happy and nice person. And I've always just been a generally happy and nice person but I definitely have put many fake but convincing smiles on in my life."

Finally caught up rooting for clean to win even though it won't so would be happy with august or enchanted

If Clean wins tonight, I could really use that video "I really hope it's Selena Gomez, but I bet it's not… *Can't keep my hand to myself* *chaos ensued*"

@TaylenaStan it's giving THAT energy. I hope you know what stan video I'm referring to. :bibliahh:
