Twitter wasn't as popping, but people were doing the EXACT same thing with the cover. I trust you sis okay 2
Trent W Posted July 23 Posted July 23 I know that the iconicness is not related to sales But how can an album that is 10x more successful not be more iconic? ST had 30x more reach than brat, that alone ends this conversation If y'all wanna argue about what album has more memes in twitter then brat might win that one
Letemtalk Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Pure Heroine, the one that set the trend for others to follow. Edit: Of the two mentioned, the one that is helping shape the Kamala Harris presidential campaign.
bielneira Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Isn't that obvious? Charli's album cover is impacting music, fashion, and politics. Beyoncé's did nothing.
americanlife Posted July 23 Posted July 23 BRAT might have longevity as an iconic cover. BEYONCÉ is more remembered for the music and visuals, not the album cover.

Brat green is more than just a meme at this point bc one is 11 years old and y'all are still discussing it while the other one will be a long forgotten meme by then
Venice B Posted July 23 Posted July 23 (edited) Why are you guys bringing self titled into the conversation? I thought the discussion was about COWBOY CARTER and Brat Edit: wait I swear the title of the thread was Cowboy Carter vs Brat earlier why are you guys being so shady Edited July 23 by Venice B

Literally no one cared about the cover before this thread
NausAllien Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Everything about BEYONCE was iconic. The world literally stopped when that digital dropped. 1
ICLDXU4HS Posted July 23 Posted July 23 BEYONCÉ, now come on now. BRAT only for people with magnificent taste who spend too much time on the internet. Always thought the self-titled cover should have been this with the same pink lettering, it would have been even more iconic (and better).

You are still talking about music and the sales numbers instead of the cover because there is nothing to defend about that.
Burn Posted July 23 Author Posted July 23 Not the poll being neck-and-neck. I guess they're both as iconic as each other.
goverm3nth0ker Posted July 23 Posted July 23 i mean i love Beyonce but her cover wasnt used the way everyone uses brat, even locals and straights omg
xfreshkidxx Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Bey by far lol theres nothing iconic about that other girl 1
