You conveniently left out the fact that between HTE and HMHAS, swift has had over three releases and a massive tour pushing her streams. Billie is doing half the amount of streams with only 1/4 of album releases.

Not every single, not even from the biggest legends during their peaks were hits everytime. And it doesn't even matter if she lose steam, at some point she will. Everyone did. Longer albums don't guarantee people checking for the album tracks, if anything it turns people off from streaming the whole thing, just look at Beyoncé and most of Drake's recent output (even Eminem's new album).

The more tracks doesn't mean more streams, the songs have to be good still. Isn't the most streamed female album SOUR, with 11 tracks??
 

Also this thread is about Billie's BOAF surpassing Taylor's Fortnight, which you bringing up the number of tracks only helps Taylor's case, since it spreads out streams among the other tracks.
