I still think Fantasy and MC are her best songs though

Because she has the chance of getting a successful single and she shouldn't waste it. We don't know how her next "official" single will be received by the public, it might not even chart on spotify like fantasy, this song is doing very good numbers despite being a promo single so they should definitely consider pushing it more (drop a dance video where she does the choreography or even shoot an official video with a bigger budget if this actually shows stability on the charts). If they stop the promotion for this to push the next single and it underperforms they will regret it

i don't get why there still isn't an album pre-order and why this is so drawn out. Subsequent singles these days do better post-release.

A song can still organically grow in streams and eventually get added to playlists if it's good enough, it doesn't necessarily need a big label push for that to happen. 
 

Right now, she needed this to get some momentum back (commercially). The fact that this charted at #50 on Spotify with no Hot Hits UK should hopefully put her in a position to justify an instant add for FUFN, especially if they release it whilst this is still relevant. 
 

Also I can't get over how good the "remove your filthy paws your filthy paws you're filthy" bit of the song is, it's my favourite part
