Philo Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Depends on the aspect, if you think Europe in general then the 3rd is Moscow, for better or worse (4th just behind would be Istanbul). But since London and Paris are widely associated with Western (European) "power," in that sense (and also geographically and culturally speaking) the obvious third would be Berlin (with Amsterdam being 4th).
