I went to a Billie concert in Brazil last year, and it was PHENOMENAL. Her energy during the upbeat songs is amazing, and her vocals during the ballads are astonishing.

 

My favorite non-dancer performance is Lorde tho. She KNOWS how to move a crowd just be having a lot of fun on stage.
