Thank god the GP moved on from her shtick, it was boring on arrival :rip:

I still can't believe she got as much hype as she did. It feels like a drawn out social experiment. :rip:

The world is healing. She exposed herself as a phony who plays both sides. That was evident to anyone who could see that the collabs she was doing were heavily backed by her label and bots.

She actually lasted more than I could've imagined. 2 years right

Thank god, she's the most talentless rap girl in the last 5 years :rip:

The song itself is one of her most listenable ones tho, thank you Nicki :clap3:

Barbz struggle to stream on Spotify ice is just talentless and has no music creativity she's a 2023 fad

I was about to say if they are not streaming their own faves new album heavily than it's not a boycott per se. Moreso, Ice Spice's hype was used for a particular reason and is no longer needed to fake support anymore. Couple this with the GP giving her flavor of the year curiosity which only lasts. a year

I hope she invested well.

shes the iggy of the 2020s.

Even worse, because Iggy was subject to an online hate campaign that industry professionals behind the scenes needlessly legitimatized before we realized Twitter wasn't real life. People are just unimpressed by Ice.

Thank God, this one is over.

The GP heard about Cupcakke's upcoming album and dropped this girl like a hot potato.

That's not what hapenned. Are we forgetting that disastrous freestyle? The fake accent? The runaway slave master line? That time Q-Tip tried to educate her and she dismissed him? :rip: If anything, T.I. tried for months to make her happen in hip hop circles and nobody bought into it.

Iggy flopped because there was nothing going for her. No lyrical talent, no authenticity, not even good pop singles after Black Widow - this latter being the actual reason she declined.

I said what I said. Literally no one in female rap outside of Nicki, Megan and a few select others write the majority of their raps nowadays.  Nobody really cares about authenticity; Cardi is Exhibit A. Doja is Exhibit B.  Coi Leray is Exhibit C.  A host of male rappers have said and done worse than that slave line.  A lot of people of just didn't like the fact that the industry was pushing this white girl. Had she debuted now, people wouldn't have cared as much b/c black women are thriving now in the space.

Only so many times you can rap about how fat your butt is before people get tired.

Iggy has good albums and at least lasted big for a few years. Ice only achieved very limited mainstream success, literally a one hit wonder. Even Carly Rae was bigger and lasted longer.

Doja writes all her raps goofy.

+ Taylor chose the wrong Boy's A Liar musician to co-sign. She should've taken Pink under her stewardship. :coffee2:

I mean pink didn't get slandered by Taylor's problematic boyfriend at the time. Taylor simply did PR control. Good move ddsdls
