She's the best performer of her generation and has one of the best body of work in contemporary pop/rnb music. Like Madonna, her impact also transcends music and she's the subject of many social commentary. People can nitpick all they want trying to conjecture about her writing skills and yadda yadda, it doesn't change the fact she accomplished a lot by hard work and care for quality. I'm giving her a 9/10 tho because she's more of a virtual artist these days, i feel like being a fan of a Sim.

Beyonce is prodigy in her performance skills, to the level only reached by other immense talents like Michael Jackson for the same, or Mariah Carey as a singer/songwriter. Her own songwriting skills are irrelevant to this fact.

10/10. She doesn't need songwriting because she excels at literally everything else.

A clear 10 I think. You need to see her live to really understand why. I'm not even able to explain the goosebumps I got while hearing DIL last year, seeing her dancing throughout the show etc. What really made me understand her vision was the documentary though. People try to discredit her all the time but her talent is just undeniable, she was born to do this.
