Billie's project reminds me a lot of Post's Twelve Carat Toothache. LUNCH looks like it's a high debut peaking lead single that fizzles, like One Right Now.  Birds of a Feather looks like it's going to be a long-running Pop single that eventually outpeaks the lead single like ILY (AHS) did.

better song is winning i see

Can anyone confirm? If this is true, Sabrina's team is so f*cking useless :deadbanana4:

But TOTC said over 5 million until the end of the week was enough days ago. I hope it isn't true

Imagine wasting this chance. They could have dropped instrumental and a capella versions today just to be sure

It's not her team's fault. I Had Some Payola is discounted and Billboard weighs airplay by a lot which it has an abundance of over PPP. It doesn't have to debut at #1 for it to get there eventually.

This is Sabrina's summer even if both singles don't go #1

However, I'm obviously rooting hard for her to get it

This possibly debuting at #1 after y'all dragged it for being "boring" is such a kii. And y'all will switch like maggots as usual. :bam:

I love this song and it deserves that #1!

Actually, most people liked PPP in here and think it's good / had positive feedback. Espresso just set the bar way too high, that anything that comes after it would pale in comparison

The IHSH discount wasn't for this past tracking week, it's for this upcoming one (the 6/29 chart). PPP almost certainly has the #1 debut locked for the 6/22 chart.

morgan is staying at #1. no number #1 hits for miss carpenter just  yet

Ugh I can't believe Sabrina's team ruined the perfect chance to give her a #1 (which it's not easy to get, just ask Dua)

The fact that they were promoting more and discounted Espresso instead :rip: Now watch both songs to peak at #2 (a Dua Lipa tea)

I can't believe TOTC got our hopes up like that. She got 5M+ streams for the last 3 days of tracking.

Her team is moving very interestingly but this era is already surpassing my expectations so we'll see what else they have up their sleeves

Honestly as soon as her team saw PPP smashing they should've discounted and did a remix.

nonetheless getting 2 out of top 3 spots without having a album bomb is fantastic :clap3:I'm sure either Pleasex3 or espresso will get the number 1 in a few weeks

Yeah, the discount should've gone to PPP, although if it's stable it should be able to climb #1 next week.

a discount and the instrumental/sped/slow versions would have been enough

Oh well

Charts are meaningless, how is PPP gonna hit #1 before espresso? And how is that racist guy #1 again? Who listens to that outside of country fans?

Is she really about to be blocked like that? Rude.

the most insane thing would be PPP blocking Espresso from #1 in the coming weeks

it's streams are growing day by day and insane

Why would her team waste ALL that momentum for a #1 debut y'all? :rip:

I think her team is truly being smart af and not discounting that song the WEEK AFTER RELEASE just for a #1 LMAOOO!!!

Not too long ago YALL were complaining that they were letting go of Espresso too quickly, until y'all saw Please Please Please doing INSANELY well. Like it or not they're making the right decision lmao.

It needed 5.5-5.6M daily from Tues-Thurs but "only" got 5.1M.

It was very close and literally any push could have gotten the #1. No idea why they didn't move.

Because PPP is doing 5 million daily streams on US Spotify and it's #1 on Apple Music

For comparison Espresso never reached 4 million daily streams (it peaked around 3.5 million I believe) and it peaked at #5 on Apple Music

Espresso walked so the other could run! I guess it's the way of streaming and the industry nowadays because espresso is a certified smash
