KatyPrismSpirit Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I hope Shaboozey goes #1 with A Bar Song. I'm so sick of that Post Malone & Morgan Wallen song
scottydog Posted June 1 Posted June 1 It's wild that it was looking like a battle between Million Dollar Baby, Espresso, Beautiful Things and A Bar Song for number one and then Post / Morgan came in and ruined all of that. Mind you, I do enjoy I Had Some Help and totally get that it's got summer vibes all over it, but those four songs really should have had a chance to hit number 1. I do think there's room for A Bar Song and Espresso with a label push. Birds of a Feather is also taking off as expected. I think this will be one of her biggest hits with a ton of longevity.
Ger Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I didn't expect this song to smash like this If Morgan ends up having the Song of the Summer for a 2nd year in a row is going to be wild...
Gorjesspazze9 Posted June 1 Posted June 1 Eminem getting another top 10 hit. Longevity is crazy. Also it's the 3rd biggest first day stream from a rap song this year, only Kendrick Euphoria and Not like us got more streams Aftermath really outdoing Drake in 2024. 2
TrieLz Posted June 2 Posted June 2 (edited) Eminem Top 5 Top 5 is the New #1 now Edited June 2 by TrieLz
Hot Volcano Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Guess this makes Eminem the male artist with the biggest longevity in history! 2

Without a doubt Elton is the goat when it comes to longevity. 1970 -Your song #8 peak 2022- Hold me closer ft. legend Britney #6 Eminem has the best longevity in terms of rappers, though. Unless Lauryn Hill or Jay z come out with another top 10 in the near future even still Em has more hits in his longevity.

ForgottenSoul Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Imagine if his company pushed it Eminem could be 1 top 5 is all very close
Ger Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Zach Bryan's stability Top 10 exceptionally strong, and the males dominating.
IBeMe Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Shabusssy needs to enlist Posty for a remix of his song to go #1. That song of his is ADDICTIVE and Posty would prob love to hop on another country hit singles since he is trying to build a niche for himself in this trap-country realm. Also so happy for Em tbh. The song is a little clunky to me but it does have some of his old school magic. I hope this whole album is FUN and eventful and that he captures this same energy all throughout it. Also hoping for some exciting collabs...maybe a song with Kendrick and maybe a song with a big popgirl again? Maybe Billie? we'll see what he does. 1
fridayteenage Posted June 2 Posted June 2 eminem + billie would feel awkward. she's several years younger than his daughter. like i'm imagining her on a love the way you lie, a few years after Your Power.
Gossip_Boy Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Sabrina the only woman in the top 10. It's crazy how male dominant this year has been. Central Cee finally crossing over to the US and reviving Lil Baby's career in the process.

Like he can have verses about generational differences and stuff. Doesn't have to be a love song. Could be a song like Therefor I Am or something sonically but lyrically can have some humor in it I guess. I just feel like Em likes to collab with "edgy" female popgirls so at the moment the best fit would probably be Billie for this new gen. He previously did it with Rih and Pink so the other more current popgirl with some edge to her would probably be Billie
fridayteenage Posted June 3 Posted June 3 well they're not younger than his child. if we're looking at the pink first collab, it'd also feel weird if she were on his song while he's saying: **** a steak, ****, I'll cut my toes off And step on the receipt 'fore I foot the bill Listen, garden tool, don't make me introduce you To my power tool, you know the fuckin' drill Bring the beat back, bring in two extension cords I'ma measure my dick—****, I need six inches more ****, my dick's big, *****, need I remind you
