Do Taylor stans just never age then? Cause what is this nonsense that Taylor only has teenage stans. Sure, back in the fearless and speak now days but a lot of those fans are still around. Y'all have said this for the past ten years. 1

Cheers Posted May 31 Posted May 31 You're in that age range where I would say, yes. But do whatever you want . Those tweens won't beat your ass. When you get old like 60+ that's when it becomes "cute" and "awwww look at the oldie enjoying themselves at this childish girls music!!" and not weird by society. 1 1
Alex Posted May 31 Posted May 31 General rule of thumb is that if you have to ask, the answer is probably yes. Personally I would save my money from seeing her live (way better performers out there) but do what you want babe. 1

She has stans from the Fearless/Red/1989 times for sure but I'd say the ones doing streaming farms/terrorizing reviewers are teenager stans she gained during like Folklore/Evermore. Taylor has A LOT of young teenage fans. 1
Broken Posted May 31 Posted May 31 29 is not old . Go and have fun! 2 hours ago, Proseductice said: Go see her! Be safe and have a good time. I wish the world was less judgmental about people enjoying harmless fun. !!!!
UnusualBoy Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Go and have fun, people cannot tell you nor should tell you what to do or like, especially with things you enjoy

CandleGuy Posted May 31 Posted May 31 As long as you're ok with other parents asking you what your daughter's fave song is
suneclipse121 Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I personally would feel out of place but that's just me. You do you.

dirrtydiana Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I want to say no but if I can be real with you I'm younger and I don't like her, would not go see her and the fact that there's no one in your circle who'd go with you… then again that's more about her than you. I'm a bit older than Billie and I've gone to see her multiple times 1
IBeMe Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Honest take: 50% of the people there won't notice 40% may notice you're alone and "older" but not care 10% may think it's weird. ultimately, do you care enough about that 10%? You probably shouldn't but if you think you wont enjoy the show and will be self conscious throughout the whole thing then idk if it's worth it. All comes down to how you want to frame this experience. Go and try to disassociate form those thoughts and enjoy yourself or go and feel uncomfortable the whole time.
sweetblindness Posted May 31 Posted May 31 This thread is ridiculous. If you want to go, go. The fact that people are giving this so much additional thought is bizarre.
harwee Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Just talk to yourself and everyone will assume you're with the group next to you or chaperoning. No one would notice. Seriously though, just go, with so many people there, no one cares.
CandleGuy Posted May 31 Posted May 31 If you do go, make sure you walk around carrying one single red balloon. Smile and make eye contact with everyone you meet.
bad guy Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I personally would feel weird being around a bunch of little girls and teenagers screaming their hearts out to "I got my driver's license last week". And I'm not even close to 29 yet so I would especially feel weird at that age. But it's also a free country I guess
