Batsy Armada Posted May 24 Posted May 24 We live in a culture that enables this type of behavior in the name of "customer service." I'm sorry, but no one's dignity should be for sale. I'll always be supportive of service workers. Yeah, you might have some bad apples—but the majority of them are tired, overworked, disrespected time and time again and are just trying to do their best with what they have. It's so wild how people hold other people to standards of perfection, while simultaneously not reaching those very same standards themselves. 5 2

dumbsparce Posted May 25 Posted May 25 I'm more irritated by the fact that this was recorded rather than whatever the 2 men said or did. Why does the world need to know this went down when the customers could have filed a complaint privately as every normal person does? I hate that the phone has sort of become the digital equivalent of a gun.
A.R.L Posted May 25 Posted May 25 The customer is not always right but this sexy guy went too far, however, this is fast food we are talking about, it is always a disaster on both sides.

Jotham Posted May 25 Posted May 25 Quote At a branch of the fast-food franchise in Madison, the currently unnamed supervisor is said to have taken the order of two customers over the intercom, but as they approached the window to get their food the couple were told the restaurant had now closed. So apparently the restaurant had closed for the day and the couple wanted food. As someone who's worked in customer service before, these types of entitled customers are the worst.
Genius1111 Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I don't know why, but his looks reminds me of The Weeknd. NGL, he has nice arms.
