When I heard she was going Dance, it's just not what I had in mind lol. Thought it could've been better executed + more exploratory. But after the tour and hearing the intentions behind the record…it grew on me A LOT. Def better than CC.
ScorpiosGroove Posted May 24 Posted May 24 the switching in here when y'all have been acting like it's the worst album to ever for 2 years straight… y'all are beyond predictable anyways ACT III will **** on both
AxelFox Posted May 24 Posted May 24 I feel like that's been the general sentiment since the beginning. 47 minutes ago, bluebirdsforever said: Renaissance is definitely more consistent, but my highs on Cowboy Carter are probably a little higher than my Renaissance highs. Nothing on CC compares musically to Virgo's Groove. 2 1
MoonGoodandHappy Posted May 24 Posted May 24 I'm european, of course I prefer Renaissance over country music.
Doogle Posted May 24 Posted May 24 It's true! Renny is the best album of her career. Wearing the t shirt of it rn 2

lonnie Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Not even a competition. Ren sweeps and mops the floor with the other album.
wantedyoutogrow Posted May 24 Posted May 24 that has been the general consensus since March 28th 2024
Pheromosa Posted May 24 Posted May 24 There is no song as good as II HANDS II HEAVEN and TYRANT on Rena,
Kalmanta Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Renaissance has no immaculate 7 track run from Ya Ya to Sweet Honey Buckin, but yes it's a more easily digestible listening experience for sure.
