Eras Tour - 10x bigger revenue for Stockholm than Ren tour & 20x that of Chroma tour

It must be triggering for ATRL to see someone they perceived as not having global influence due to her absence in Europe surpassing all their supposed global faves, whose accomplishments primarily hailed from Europe and now Taylor is surpassing them just like that. She's really something else.

She grossed €70M per show when the average US date was ~€12M?

The math ain't mathing! Stay in school Swifties!

€210M for the city of Stockholm. It's how much money was added and generated this weekend, not just the shows alone. It's the merchandise, hotel stays etc.

most of the attendees were white americans so it kinda makes sense they'd bring a big revenue from plane tickets, hotel stays, etc.

Both Taylor and Bey are touring legends ATP

:rip: at chroma

how was it even considered sold out with 34k capacity when Ren was at 45k, Rolling stones at 50k and Taylor an estimated 60k. what a scam to claim "sold out"

The stadium was under renovation at that time

Americans purchased 20% of the tickets for her Paris shows, and in Stockholm, they represented 10,000 of the 120,000 attendees, as reported by The Associated Press.

Most were non-americans actually.

Key being "Taylor related threads" - a difference between bringing up other MPG names in a thread not about them

Critical thinking is a skill and learnable!

Critical thinking is indeed a skill and learnable! Get some!

I was there and it doesn't surprise me at all. In every street, bus, metro, museum, bar, restaurant, store and café you'd see people wearing friendship bracelets and merch. I met people from Spain, France, Denmark, Canada and more who traveled all the way just for the show.

I mean, Karen and her kids aren't going to see Ms. KNTY4 News or "I'm a Free B*tch, baby!" :coffee2:

Beyoncé and Lady Gaga are truly in a league of their own when it comes to artistry. They're very specific in the audience they target. Taylor is a 34-year old woman cosplaying as a forever 21-year old who makes general pop music for the masses. Of course that's going to be the top-seller in any general public setting. She's pretty much selling a delusional American teenager girlhood dream that is sadly dead outside of Taylor's mythos she's created for herself.

But anyway, Swifties will unironically celebrate that no other women can "compete" with her. Think about what that means y'all
