It's definitely petty on both sides. Billie should've stayed quiet instead of throwing shade for no reason. Then Taylor shipped her albums a week early. They were originally scheduled for the 31st. The new digital variant also confirmed it. Blocked with 330k is insane. When was the last time that happened? 2015 with One Direction and Justin Bieber.

I'm sure she has plenty more to come to terrorise us with

You got terrorised because Taylor Swift *check note* releases music?

Well, stay suffering then.

She lost to Taylor with all the efforts :rip:

but at least her number bigger than both Guts & Sour debut week. It's a win for her :giraffe:

I don't get how Taylor is big, either.  Have you heard TTPD?

:alexz:Taylor beats out Billie and now to make yourself feel better you have to punch at Olivia.  Please just leave her out of this.

I feel like he blew up after that video of him saying the n word got released. It's like all the racist doubled down and supported him.

This is going to be Taylor's biggest album to date.

Way too many smashes I never liked a Taylor album as much as this one.

Narcotics in this album. Coming for 10 million units before it's all said and done, easily.

Oh no no don't compare the Pop bible that blackout is and it's stolen #1 due to ad hoc changed billboard rules with Billie's hypocrisy "I hate when artists release different versions of the same album, think of the environment" being fairly blocked by a bigger album

When I read this comment, my iPod has started to play "Powerless" on shuffle mode of all 4125 songs. It's fate.

Blackout was stolen because Billboard changed the rules to count the sales of an album that… sold more? :dies:

what affected the chart race was the 140k-150k albums she decided to ship this week during Billie's release week :cm:

If Billie had released her album 2 weeks ago, Taylor would have shipped them 2 weeks ago

Literally this, hard stop. They saved weeks of preorders and dropped SIX digital variants to fight. It's fair, it worked, etc. But to pretend like a 40% increase in week five is ANYTHING but shipment manipulation is wild factwashing.
