BIRDS is repeaking on H100 next week, right? Most of its points came from streaming, and it did around 25M streams last week. As for this tracking week, it's already at 11.9M streams from Spotify alone, with two days left.

 

I hope it somehow manages to sneak into top 10 with CHIHIRO, Fortnight and Like That falling below it :duca:

repeak means the same peak? It will go up to at least #12 in the early prediction. Top 10 is possible.

I knew Lunch was not main single material :dies: It is sonically the least interesting song on the album, it was only chosen for shock value.

 

Should have been BOAF or Chihiro to show new sides to Billie. Lunch is similar in vibes to Bad Guy so I hate that it was chosen. It doesn't represent the album well.

 

Hopefully BOAF becomes the next single quick and Chihiro can be a fall single. I do not see Lunch having the longevity people think it will have.

Of course "LUNCH" is main single material, "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" smashing out of the gates doesn't erase the other song credits. Some of you are acting like "LUNCH" is flopping when its still doing amazing numbers. If the song was released before the album and doing this numbers, this conversation wouldn't happen. :khalyan2:

It's really not. It doesn't represent the album well at all. Lunch is very standout which is fine if it's a separate lead single but the main single of one big drop should really pull people to the album. 
 

There is great lyricism on this album and the main single is about eating a girl out :deadbanana4:

Despite the lyrics the song is still fun, sexy and fresh and clearly connecting with some audience, so it's not a completely wrong choice. BOAF still can be a pretty huge 2nd single, even more when aligned with "Heartstopper" new season that is coming. LUNCH is probably one of my favorites lead singles this year, so i'm happy for its time to shine :cm:
