Blade Runner Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) That f+cking video. MEN ARE DISGUSTING, VILE ANIMALS. I just want every single one of these creatures to disappear forever. Die and rot in hell, you filthy subhuman. And to think society and the justice system actually reward this kind of behaviour. Women truly have the strength of 1000th Gods. I feel so bad for them. Toxicity. Posted May 18 Posted May 18 The video feels like some kind of chase scene in a horror movie... sickening

Cardcaptor Sakura Posted May 18 Posted May 18 That video is just, wow. Poor Cassie, I want justice to be served!!
MP2K Posted May 18 Posted May 18 No words. But **** anyone in the industry or fans at the time that once said she extorted him for money. It's sickening that stupid gay rumors overshadowed abuse for the past few months. 1

I don't check much but I personally haven't seen anything. I just imagined if she went in super hard on Diddy that would cause a rift in the bond between her and the twins especially either by Diddy's doing or the twins taking issue with Kimora talking poorly against their father.
Batsy Armada Posted May 18 Posted May 18 For how devious and evil the entertainment industry is, I wouldn't be at all surprised if his treatment towards her was known in various circles. I'm so sorry she had to go through this. We see this all too often, this could have ended up being far more worse for her; I'm happy she got out when she did. I actually lost a family member to domestic violence; getting out sooner could have saved her life. I make no apologies in saying I wish Cassie would have had a pistol on her to just blast him away. I hope his life becomes legitimately and utterly ruined after this. He doesn't deserve peace, happiness or comfort. I want to see him suffer; he deserves to suffer. I'm sure there are countless times he's abused the women around him.

Lyrical. Posted May 18 Posted May 18 **** this evil piece of ****. He was once so admired, now he's going to go down in the history books as a disgusting woman beater like Chris Brown. Unfortunately Brown's career survived, but hopefully Diddy's won't. Justice for Cassie. 1
ICLDXU4HS Posted May 18 Posted May 18 This demon and equally evil Emba Hurt need to date and destroy each other. 2 birds, 1 stone. 1 1
thisbirdhasflown Posted May 18 Posted May 18 I can't wait for the case the feds are building against him to fully become public. If he and his fans think he's off the hook, they're delusional. Investigations of powerful people with so many allegations against them take years. The raid of his homes was just a hint that they're closing in on him.

She said stuff on IG stories after the news about Cassie lawsuit came out. She doesn't come outright and say names, but we know who's she talking about lol.

He was just removed from an MJ tribute two years ago. That stain on his career is still there…and his hits now are nowhere near as big as his earlier hits. With Diddy, he was able to build goodwill before all this **** came out. He's legitimately already a legend — a billionaire mogul, producer, performer, etc. it's more of an R. Kelly situation. He's associated with too many hits, memories, cultural moments. If Diddy goes to jail for years…yeah, it's over (like R Kelly). But if not, he might be able to recover more than Chris. Especially if he takes the angle, "this was the old me…I rebranded as Brother Love when I realized my wrongs. But I should've apologized and come clean to the public too"…yadda yadda yadda.

He became a gang affiliated coke head a few years after that and gave up on cleaning his image. Salt on the wound.

Chris Brown arguably had his biggest hit in over a decade WW with that Under The Influence song. His hits are still pretty big, No Guidance is also Diamond eligible in the US regardless of it not peaking at #1. Chris Brown also has a sold Out Arena Tour this summer. Yeah, his career didn't recover fully but he's still very successful. I just don't see how Diddy can recover comparatively at this point. Businesses aren't gonna associate with him. It's highly unlikely people would buy tickets to any tour he held. Culturally the public perception is worse than Chris. Chris still had the R&B/Rap audience listening to him, but they're dragging Diddy, not even for just the Cassie situation, since the soliciting accusations are garnering some partly homophobic responses. 1
NEUTRON Posted May 18 Posted May 18 then I wake up to snapchat video of him berating her on my timeline? Burry this man under the jail
thisbirdhasflown Posted May 18 Posted May 18 The comparisons to Chris Brown are ridiculous. Neither of them will ever get "canceled" when it comes to people playing their music. But Diddy is literally being investigated for rape, racketeering, attempted murder, human trafficking, and **** ton of other things. Why do you think some of his properties got raided by Homeland Security? The man is being investigated by the feds. So no, Diddy will not be "canceled" by his fans, but his freedom will be canceled by prison.

I didn't realize that song was almost Diamond. Hmmm. Guess he doing better than I thought. Good point about the Urban audience too, b/c yeah… the sexuality thing seems just as big as the domestic violence piece. Which it shouldn't be the case, but yeah that will most definitely be a factor. Diddy also doesn't really have a talent other than producing, which I can't see artists wanting to mess with him….he already had a bad rep for not paying people. So this makes it even worse. And being a businessman is his other "talent" which no one will want to partner with him for a while. Hmm. So yeah, I guess we'll see. But you made some good points!
