this is very embarassing for her. she should keep her beef strictly towards people her age. targetting young women such as olivia and billie when she's pushing 40 just proves she's scared of becoming an old hag and have new talent stepping onto the spotlight,

This is not "beef", this is an industry where people compete for the top spot, and there can only be one #1 at a time :skull:. If others can't keep up with her success, that's not her fault. Suggesting that she should only be allowed to compete for #1s when people that are releasing are her age is absolutely insane. Y'all have truly LOST it :deadbanana4:

The funniest ******* thing here being that Taylor is on holiday in Italy with her man and this mess is probably all her team's doing anyway :deadbanana4:

Trust me she approved everything.

"Clara Bow" is literally about her insecurity of being replaced..

Just shows that you can be the top of your field, be in a "happy" relationship and still be a miserable person.

Interesting. Did she tell you all of that herself in her latest therapy session with you?

variants are only available in digital copies to reflect their impact on the charts and not on the environment.

Is Taylor Swift a football player or a "singer-songwriter"? Pick one.

Why are you guys enabling her behaviour? This should not be normal in the music industry.

see this is where I know y'all lost the plot

Actually it's yall that have lost the plot. Art is a form of entertainment. Are yall not entertained?

Music should not be full of misery and conflict. But yall make it so when you whine about **** like this. Get over yourselves. Your tears aren't going to make Taylor or Billie any more or less wealthy. Both women are giving their fanbases music and that's all that matters.

In tandem, the charts are a COMPETITIVE space — just like any athletic event. They're not there for shits and giggles and kumbaya, they're there for labels and artists to compete against each other. Whining about competition just makes you a softie that probably can't handle any adversity in real life. I hope you don't whine like this when things don't go your way at work or school. You rise to the occasion and overcome the challenge. That's what life is about.

LOSER behavior. :biblio:

No matter how many variants Taylor releases, at the end her album and music is crap compared to Billie's.

The only miserable people seem to be yall, Taylor herself is on vacation with her man and has nothing to do with these uploads her team is managing

MUSIC IS NOT AN ORGANICALLY COMPETITIVE SPACE. STOP MAKING EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CHARTS.

it's sad that this is a copy & paste of that time she tried to block SOS, down to the exclusive voicenotes lmao

why is she so desperate for another week at #1? she's such a mean girl and y'all don't see it, especially in SZA's case when SZA did absolutely nothing to her… but at the end of the day SOS will be talked about in 10 years, not midnights, and i'm sure the same will go for HMHAS even if it peaks at #2

Not everything is about the charts!

But the charts are (gasp) about the charts!

We can enjoy both the music AND the success. That's why we make her tours the biggest in history. Because we enjoy the music enough to see it live. The charts, meanwhile, ARE a naturally competitive space. It is literally the purpose of a #1 spot, is to compete to earn that achievement. It is a metric of success within the career field of a musician. Certifications and chart achievements are tangible evidence of your career growth, and stans meltdowns should never hinder an artist's personal and professional goals.
