I was about to comment this because being buff and having muscles doesn't mean masculine. So many femme queens are ripped as hell

 

For me I'm androsexual so I'm into femme guys whatsoever but I don't define masculinity by being muscular, I define it more so by gender presentation and voice

Being attracted to masc men doesn't mean you're calling yourself masc. Romance doesn't exist without physical attraction; it's not exclusively about just vibes and connections because in that instance there would be no difference between platonic and romantic relationships. Good vibes and connection cannot supersede attraction, which is why us as gay men can't date women without it being an issue since no matter how compatible we are with them, we're still not attracted to them physically. 

 

I also don't really get the demonisation of some gays like masc men but there's no demonisation for the inverse which is also common (masc men liking femme queer men). Not everyone and I dare say most people--whether they're queer or straight--are not (quasi) pansexual and are into every gender presentation and if you are that's good for you but it's also not a virtue either. 

 

Not everyone can date someone like James Charles or Dwayne Rock Johnson. Everyone has their innate profile for attraction and shaming people unnecessarily and acting virtuous for being attracted to everyone is just corny idk

This is where I'm at rn because I am only exclusively attracted to normal~"masculine" men appearance wise but I tend to find in terms of values and compatibility that I do not get along with (cis) masc-identifying folks, queer or straight. For me personally gender wise I prefer someone more moderate (50/50 or maybe like 5/8 masc 3/8 femme) but appearance wise (and voice wise) it's got to be overwhelmingly masc since I'm not into femme presenting people aesthetically. 

 

Lately I've found myself attracted to masc-presenting amab enbies or genderqueer men

This whole post is a contradiction. If we assume that being on atrl = femme, why is it surprising to you that these same femmes are into mascs? You mention masc4masc but what you meant was probably femme4masc which is a rule as old as time.

If we look at it as a spectrum I prefer towards the middle (so "normal") with a slight lean towards the masculine side. So a natural, non-cringy, non-performative, secure masculinity.

Not everyone is pansexual or quasi pansexual or likes both ends of the gender spectrum. But I've noticed people really don't have this same energy of "you shouldn't have a type" if it's a masc queer men saying he likes femme queer men
