Right now I'd put it at number 9. If it was the first volume Alone, then probably 7. The Anthology kinda brings it down for me.

Nothing will ever top Speak Now, but TTPD:TA is absolutely phenomenal and currently sits at #2 for me. Of course, my top 6 are all 10/10s for me, with 2-6 switching around all the time, so I could see TTPD:TA moving a bit as time goes on, but it's one of her top albums IMO.

In all seriousness though, I adore 1989, and am probably one of its biggest defenders in base tbh. And if I'm being honest, it switches places with Evermore all the time. Clean is also my favorite Taylor song ever.
