Touring demand almost never matches with sales. It's all about timing.

 

She's the biggest star there right now, so even if her pre-Lover sales were bad, there's an abnormally huge interest to see her now.

She didn't sell 1,2 million copies of Music Box in 2018 or 2017 or 2016. I would be more fitting to highlight her 1996 or 2000 concert at Bercy.
